Dark brown greased vachetta leather strings slippers with leather sole handmade in Italy without the use of foreign labor or child, but by experts in the best tradition of craftsmanship.

The sole is hand stitched on the insole providing a superior finish and durability than the industrial system which is simply pasted. For staining the handmade thongs slippers are manual dipped in a VEGETABLE colour, manual finishing by the usage of small brushes and as final step, drying at the open air. This process takes as a result called TUFFATO, which many companies do not spend more because it requires a work of extreme precision that slows down production time.

Fabulous sandals!

These are beautifully made and very comfortable. They were a little tight when I got them but the leather has softened and now they fit perfectly. It’s so hard to find anything well made these days, and it was important to me that there were 100% vera pelle (real leather) as I had a pair like this that I bought at a small artisan shop in Florence many years ago. These are exactly what I wanted and are of optimal quality.

I ordered italian size 39 After measuring my feet, when the sandals arrivederci they looked a Little bit small but i decided ti give a try, After 2/3 data wearing them they had complitely adjusted ti my feet! Vi ho scoperti per caso su internet e vi ho sempre fatto molta pubblicità. I miei sandali, anche se tengono duro, sono vecchiotti, mi hanno seguito in tutti i miei viaggi ed hanno fatto parecchi chilometri ai miei piedi.Difficile abbandonarli.
